BECAUSE THIS IS A NIGHT PARADE, ALL ENTRIES MUST HAVE HOLIDAY LIGHTS OF SOME KIND TO PARTICIPATE!

For safety reasons, candy and/or any other items are NOT PERMITTED TO BE THROWN. Candy and/or other items MUST be HANDED out by walking crew. Throwing of candy may result in the removal of the entry from the parade and future parades

CHRISTMAS PARADE RELEASE of LIABILITY

My signature below indicates that I have read, understand, and will abide by all of the rules governing the Main Street Laurens Christmas Parade. I further understand that any violation of the rules before or during the parade will result in the removal of my unit from the parade.

I/we understand that I am participating in the Main Street Laurens Christmas Parade of my own free will. I understand that I am responsible for my actions before, during and after the Laurens Christmas Parade. My signature below indicates that I hereby release the City of Laurens, Main Street Laurens USA, or any other volunteer/sponsor involved in the parade from being held liable for my participation or actions. I further give unrestricted permission for my image to be used in print, video, and digital media by Main Street Laurens or any local media outlet for a variety of purposes and that these images may be used without further notifying me.
